No. The call-out is free as long as you go ahead with the job. If you decide not to proceed after the diagnosis, a small assessment fee applies.
Q02How is pricing worked out?
Per job, not by the hour. You get a fixed number before any work starts, so a job running long never costs you more than the quote.
Q03Are your plumbers actually licensed?
Yes. Every plumber on the tools holds a current Victorian plumbing licence, and we carry full public liability insurance.
Q04How fast can you get here for an emergency?
Most emergency call-outs are answered within the hour, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
Q05What if something's not right after the job?
Every job is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If it's our work, we come back and fix it at no charge.
